Sports occupy an important place in my life I love moderate exercise, as it keeps the body in good shape and gives great energy. This could include wound stretching, light training, or just an active day in the fresh air. For me, sport is not about records, but about health and a good mood.

And I also love horses. With them, a special calm appears - as if the world is slowing down, and you begin to breathe differently.
I've been horseback riding for several years now, and each time it gives me inner balance and a sense of strength that doesn't scream, but simply exists 🐎

I enjoy short trips and new experiences, but most of all, I enjoy comfort, beautiful places, walks, a warm atmosphere, and time spent "in the moment."
I love learning new things, am interested in psychology, self-development, and anything that helps you grow from within calmly, without rushing, at your own pace.
