My hobbies and lifestyle perfectly reflect my energetic personality. I am a very sporty and active girl. For me sport is not just a hobby but an essential part of my life. I regularly do strength training, functional fitness, running and stretching. I adore tennis and sometimes go to boxing classes. I love feeling strong, resilient and in great shape.
As a nutritionist I am deeply passionate about healthy eating and a balanced lifestyle. For me this is real creativity. I enjoy creating tasty, healthy and beautiful dishes, experimenting with superfoods and designing balanced meal plans. Cooking is both a science and a great pleasure for me. I especially love inventing recipes that are delicious and at the same time help achieve goals whether it is weight loss, muscle gain or simply feeling great.
In my free time I enjoy long walks in the fresh air, yoga and meditation which help me maintain inner balance. I also love traveling, discovering new countries and cultures, trying local cuisine and of course analyzing it from a professional point of view 😊
