I am the head of a fitness center and a person for whom an active and healthy lifestyle is not just a job, but a way of thinking and a state of mind. I received my professional education at the Makarenko University of Physical Education, and since then, sports, movement and working with people have become an integral part of my life.

I am disciplined, goal-oriented and at the same time open, cheerful and lively. I can combine strictness with goodwill, exactingness - with warmth. I believe it is important to always develop, learn new things and move forward - not only in my profession, but also in my personal life.

Fitness, dancing, pilates and stretching are my space of strength and harmony.
