I lead an active lifestyle, paying attention to both professional activities and health care. I used to go to yoga in the past, but moving has made classes less accessible now, so I practice yoga and Pilates at home, and sometimes do functional training to keep my back in good condition. Travel has always inspired me, although due to work it is not always possible to take time off, especially in wartime. I was lucky enough to visit Germany, Egypt, Turkey and Italy, where Italy left the most vivid impressions. Now I live alone with my beloved cat Lada.

My hobbies are varied and related to my interest in health and cooking. I love to cook, and one of my signature dishes is lasagna, which always brings pleasure to my guests. In terms of musical preferences, I am a true music lover - I like everything: from ethnic music to rock. The aroma of fresh tea (green, herbal or white) helps me relax, and I always try to enjoy small pleasures such as good tea or beautiful flowers, especially peonies.
