I have two great loves that keep me happy. The first is my garden - there is nothing like having your hands in the soil and helping something beautiful grow. And my second love is swimming, it just makes my body and my soul feel so alive and free.
But I'm not always so active! 😅 I also really love the most simple and obvious pleasures in life. A beautiful sunny day, a long walk with no destination, or just sharing a really delicious meal with a good person... that's what real happiness is for me!
