I adore working out, eating well, and keeping a healthy lifestyle, but yes, I confess, a juicy hamburger with crispy fries can make me melt too ☺️ I love walking in nature, feeling the sun on my skin, and ending the day with that satisfying sense of peace. I live alone with my four little furry troublemakers, three cocker spaniels and my blue pincher Gus. They’re my chaos and my joy. The gym is my happy place. It keeps me balanced, strong, and confident. I love taking care of my body and mind through exercise, good nutrition, and positive energy. I’ve been lucky to travel to amazing places like China, New York, Miami, Mexico, Peru, and Costa Rica, but there are still so many dreams waiting on my list.
